I’ve done a fair few bushwalks, mainly around Victoria and specifically within a few hours of Melbourne.
Overall my favourite areas are:
- Dandenongs 1 (Grant’s Picnic Ground, Sherbrooke Forest)
- Dandenongs 2 (Kyeema to Doongalla Loop)
- Dandenongs 3 (“Thousand” Steps as this person kindly documented)
- Mt Macedon 1 (The fun, challenging Loop Walk)
- Mt Macedon 2 (If you have 2 cars, you can do an easier version of the Loop Walk)
- The Grampians (mainly the Northern Grampians, like Hollow Mountain)
- Wilsons Promontory (Tidal River to Oberon Bay, via Little Oberon Bay)
- Marysville
This here is an earlier list of walks, will update this one day
More details of some of the walks is available in a particular section of my blog. And so to the list…
